KEEPING COMMUNICATION ALIVE

Matt Melvin (Owner) helped manage a Digitial Express Verizon store, and he grew tired of not being able to help his customer with their repair needs. He was having to refer them off to repair stores that he wasn't sure what kind of service they were getting. He prayed about this idea for almost a year while talking with a friend about coming on board as a partner. That is when Jay Joiner (Co-Owner) agreed that this would be a great idea. Several months went by while Matt was trying to find the right person to run the store. Matt Melvin and Misti Waller went to church together and he found out that Misti was looking for work. She had a Business Management degree and had worked in tech support for years and seemed perfect. The job was pitched and that is where The Phone Revival began. We now have 2 locations and 1 franchise location and have hopes of continuing to expand. The reason why we believe we are doing so well is because we believe in the customer service experience. We know that no one is excited to come into our store because likely something bad has happened to your very important mobile device. That is why we make sure we give you the quality time that you deserve. We thank you for all of the support so far and hope that you tell all your friends and family about us. Matt Melvin is no longer affiliated with Verizon but is incredibly thankful for the knowledge, experience, and connections the career brought. The owner now works full time with AT&T as a customer sell representative.
